The renovation of this c1913 double fronted brick Edwardian and later extension, involved the meticulous replanning of spaces within the existing shell in order to serve a family of four into the future. Every room within the house was touched in some way, whether through complete reconfiguration, restoration or a lick of paint.

From the client.

  • We were looking to work with a designer that welcomed our design ideas, however also offered ideas that challenged our design thinking. We thoroughly enjoyed the design and renovation process. It was a relaxed, clear and thorough. It was also fun, we had lots of laughs along the way!

    On finding F3 Studio.

  • We love our design. There is really nothing I would change about the process or design. I am still in awe of what we and F3 have achieved! I feel we definitely achieved our brief which was a timeless renovation that suits our growing family.

    On the design.

  • Whilst the renovation process can be typically quite overwhelming, our journey was really enjoyable. We always looked forward to our meetings. We found the process was clear from the very beginning and there was always great communication. James and Travers have the most amazing attention to detail, everything was thought of.
