F3 was invited to design interiors for a three bedroom penthouse apartment at Noir Northcote, within the existing architecture. We used Northcote’s natural leafy surrounds as inspiration for a neutral palette of materials, aiming to appeal to a broad purchaser market. Warm textured timber-look laminates compliment smooth natural stone with highlight of white through the appliances and metal work providing a point of difference from the other apartments.
